We will be happy to exchange the same or another product depending on its availability within 7-10 working days.

 

Your purchase is eligible for free return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been shipped to you, that is, the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing issue.

 

Your purchase is not eligible for return in case of the following:

  • We have a 7-day return policy. We reserve the right to refuse return of products that are shipped after the expiry of the 7-day grace period.

  • We will not accept return of products that are not in the same condition as you received them in.

  • We will not accept return of products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

  • All products should be returned with their tags intact, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • End of season sale items are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
Please follow the following steps to exchange the product.
    • Raise an email request on threadaindia@gmail.com within 24-36 hours of receiving the product. Mention your name, product bought and photo of the product.
    • Once we confirm your exchange over email, ship the product back to us within 3-4 working days on the below address: threada design studio, 2, Chetan Society, Near Mahalaxmi Crossroads, Paldi, Ahmedabad - 380006
    • Once you receive an email from us confirming your request, you will be able to exchange with an alternate size/ product (depending on its availability)
    • In case of price difference, you will have to pay the balance if its a higher than your purchase. If the new purchase is lower in price, we shall refund the balance amount.
    • We will ship the new product within 4-5 working days.

       

      REFUND

      We will issue a refund following a quality check, as applicable in your case, within 10-15 working days. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for original and returned products.
